We believe in our products so much that we offer a 15 day No-Hassle refund policy. If you're unhappy about your purchase, follow the return instructions included in each shipment. Please do not return to the address listed on this shop store as returns will not be accepted at that location.
All items must be new, wearable and in an unwashed condition. Upon inspection and the meeting of the aforementioned conditions, a refund will be issued immediately (please allow up to 30 days for this to show via your payment provider). Shoes should only have been worn on carpeted surfaces and the soles be unworn and unscratched.

2- SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise indicated in your shipping container. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
